All sales are final unless the item is faulty or not as described.

 

 

We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or unwanted items.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or significantly not as described, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue.

If the claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be offered at our discretion.


Condition of Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • With all original tags, packaging, and security seals intact

Any item returned in a worn, used, or altered condition will be refused and sent back.


Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Limited edition items
  • High-value designer items
  • Items purchased on sale or promotion
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. hats, beanies once tried on)




Delivery Issues

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility passes to the customer.

 

We are not responsible for parcels left in safe places, communal areas, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.



Chargebacks & Fraud

Any false claims, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity will be disputed with evidence including delivery confirmation, tracking data, and customer communication.
